[RECIPE] BULGOGI. Bulgogi is a signature Korean meat dish made by marinating thinly sliced beef in soy sauce and then grilling it. Although the name bulgogi means meat grilled on fire, bulgogi is generally stir-fried in a moist pan. Serving size : 3~5 servings Materials : Sliced Beef 600g , Bulgogi marinade 150g , onion , carrot, scallion , mushroom , chinese noodles (Glass noodles) and marinade.   Step1 : Prepare main materials Prepare 600g (for 3~5 servings) of beef, chinese noodles and vegetables (onion, carrot, scallion, mushroom, etc) into appropriate sized pieces. Step2 : Prepare marinade (sauce)  *or buy processed one. 5 tablespoons soy sauce + 3 tablespoons sugar + 2 tablespoons minced green onion + 1 tablespoon minced garlic + 1 tablespoon sesame oil + ½ teaspoon ground black pepper + 1 tablespoon roasted sesame seeds + ¼ Korean pear (Tip) You can prepare a tablespoon by weighing about 10ml (or 10g).   Step3 : Marinade Apply uniformly  BBQ marinade” (150g) to the beef and put them with the prepared vegetables in the refrigerator(cold) over one hour. Step4 : Cook Put it together with vegetables into  a frying pan and roast it over a strong flame at first and reduce low flame until enough cooked.

[RECIPE] JAPCHAE. Japchae is the representative food of Korea, is a nutritious traditional food that cooks noodles, vegetables and meat together. It's one of the best foods that you can eat at party, such as birthdays and weddings. It is one of the favorite foods of foreigners visiting Korea. Serving size : 6~7 servings Materials : Sweet potato noodle 150g, Soy sauce, Sugar, Garlic, Onion 1/2, Green pepper 1ea, Sesame oil, Sesame seed, Carrot 1/5, Beef (or pork) 200g   Step1 : Prepare and cook Sweet potato noodles [Quick cooking] When water boils, add about 150g of noodles, boil for 7 minutes, then take the noodles and rinse them neatly with cold water 2~3 times. [Chewy texture] Macerated about 3~4hours in cool water. Step2 : Prepare sauce 5 tablespoons of soy sauce + 3 tablespoons of sugar+ 0.5 tablespoon of chopped garlic + sesame oil and sesame seed (according to your taste) (Tip) You can prepare a tablespoon by weighing about 10ml (or 10g).   Step3: Prepare vegetable and meat Prepare julienne(cutted) vegetable and meat (carrot 1/5 ea[100g] + half onion[100g] + 1 green pepper[100g] + 200g of meat or fish cake) Step4 : Cook (1) Stir-fry the carrots, onions, and green peppers in order. Add the meat (or fish cake) and stir-fry until it is well-cooked. (2) Add prepared sweet potato noodles and sauce and cook over high heat.
